Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GroERP/GroSkool/GroMedly/GroDine/GroLab, products by GroERP Solutions Pvt Ltd, designed to provide comprehensive ERP solutions for businesses, institutions, and organizations. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our software or services.

By requesting a license for installing or using GroERP / GroSkool / GroMedly / GroDine / GroLab, or getting the licensing email, you agree to abide by the following terms.

  1. Definitions
  • “We” , “us” and “Our” refer to GroERP Solutions Pvt Ltd.
  • “You”,  “Your”,  “Client” refer to the user, company, or legal entity subscribing to GroERP.
  • “Software” refers to products by GroERP Solutions Pvt Ltd and associated modules, features, and updates.

2. Scope of Service

GroERP is a desktop-based and optionally cloud-connected ERP solution designed to help you manage core business functions such as billing, inventory, HR, CRM, and financials. Support, updates, customization, and training are available as per the selected package.

3. Licensing & Usage

  • GroERP is licensed, not sold. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
  • Each license is valid for a single organization or branch unless explicitly stated.
  • Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Support & Maintenance

  • Standard support is provided during business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday).
  • Custom support packages can be opted for with separate fees.
  • Updates and patches will be released periodically and shared as per plan.

5. Training & Implementation

  • Initial training and setup assistance will be provided as per the onboarding plan.
  • Additional on-site or online training may be charged separately.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All charges are specified in the invoice and agreed upon before onboarding.
  • Annual renewal charges (if applicable) must be paid before the due date for uninterrupted service.
  • Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of support or services.

7. Data & Privacy

 

  • We do not share your data with any third party without your consent.
  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and protection of the data they input.
  • Cloud-based backups, if provided, follow standard security protocols.

8. Refund Policy (15 Days)

We strive for your complete satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products GroERP/GroSkool/GroMedly/GroDine/GroLab, you may request a refund within 15 days of the date of activation/installation.

Refund Terms:

  • The refund request must be sent in writing to support@groerp.in or rakesh.combit@gmail.com with proper reason.
  • Only the one-time license/activation fee is refundable.
  • Charges for customization, training, on-site visits, or support services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
  • No refunds will be entertained after the 15-day period.
  • No refunds will be entertained for renewals.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if:

  • You violate any terms of this agreement.
  • Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or piracy is detected.
  • Payments are overdue by more than 30 days.

You may terminate your usage by informing us in writing. No refunds will be provided upon termination after the 15-day refund window.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss or business interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us within the last 6 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or through our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, India.
